Welcome to Factory Library. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Factory Library website, resources, and services (“Services”). By accessing or using any part of our website or subscribing to any product or service, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to all of the Terms, you may not use or access the Services.

1. Eligibility

Factory Library is intended for individuals who are at least 18 years old. By using our Services, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and that any registration information you submit is accurate and complete.

2. Subscriptions & Payment

We offer individual development phase subscriptions and an All-Access Subscription. All subscriptions are billed annually and grant access to downloadable resources, templates, guides, and exclusive content during the active subscription period.

All payments must be made through our authorized payment providers.
Subscription fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in our Refund Policy.
Pricing is subject to change. Existing subscribers will be notified in advance of any pricing changes that may affect them at renewal.

3. Intellectual Property

All content provided on Factory Library, including but not limited to templates, videos, written guides, graphics, logos, and downloadable files, is the intellectual property of Factory Library or its licensors. You may not reproduce, share, resell, republish, or distribute any part of the content outside of your personal or internal business use unless expressly permitted.

4. Use of Services

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not:

Share your login credentials with others
Access, monitor, or copy content using automated means (e.g., bots, crawlers, scrapers)
Use Factory Library content to create competing services
Post or transmit harmful, unlawful, or infringing material within the community forum

5. Changes to the Services

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time. This includes the addition or removal of downloadable resources, changes to community access, updates to course content, or site functionality.

6. Account Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Factory Library, without prior notice or liability, for any reason including, but not limited to, a breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease, and any unused portion of your subscription will not be refunded.

7. Warranties and Disclaimers

All materials provided are offered “as is” and “as available.” Factory Library makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims all other warranties, including without limitation implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Services will be error-free or uninterrupted.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Factory Library, its owners, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use or inability to use the Services. This includes but is not limited to loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.

9. Privacy

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the province of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
